Christian Doctrine ~ BSTH251
This is the foundational course in doctrine and theology in the BSTH curriculum. The essential and fundamental doctrines of the Christian faith are presented, emphasizing traditional Baptist distinctives. The doctrines of Theology Proper (God the Father), Bibliology (The Study of the Scriptures), Anthropology (Man), and Soteriology (Salvation) are explored with special attention given to the practical and spiritual values of these doctrines. Recommended prerequisites: BSTH 111, BSTH 112, BSTH 121, BSTH 122. 3 hours.
