Exposition of Genesis ~ BSTH311
An analytical exposition of the book of Genesis, this course considers both the historical background and key theological issues of "the book of beginnings." The creation events and the lives of the early patriarchs are examined from both doctrinal and practical perspectives. God's earliest dealings with men and the development of Bible doctrines are seen in their proper historical and biblical settings and are emphasized as the root from which all subsequent revelation flows. Prerequisites: BSTH 111, BSTH 112, BSTH 241, ENGL111. 3 hours.
