This course is an introduction to the teaching profession. The role of education in the contemporary and Christian realms will be explored. The history of education and the nature of teaching and components necessary to make this a life-long profession will be discussed and investigated. Introduction of the education curriculum and the required MTEL testing are incorporated as is the beginning of an education portfolio.  3 Hours.
