By federal law, Boston Baptist College may not send out any transcript materials without written, signed authorization from the student. Requests made verbally by phone or in-person are subject to fraud and violate FERPA laws. Download this form and mail it in with the $10.00 fee or fax it to 617-399-8228. Below you may submit the transcript fee via PayPal.
