final exam agreement
I, the student named below, understand that I am responsible to attend my final exams when scheduled for the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 semesters as published in the official academic calendar. I understand and agree that attendance at the published exam times is mandatory. Petitions for any change or adjustment to the published final exam schedule must be accompanied with a $100.00 fee per course/exam in order to be considered. Consideration of the petition does not guarantee approval.
